4 chicken breasts
8 thin slices of prosciutto
8 1/4 inch thick slices of fresh Buffalo Mozzarella
Fresh Basil
Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butterfly chicken breasts and layer 2 slices of prosciutto and then 2 slices of Buffalo Mozzarella inside the chicken (2 slices of each for one chicken breast). Julienne the basil and layer on top of the Buffalo Mozzarella, then close up the butterflied chicken and lay in a 13×9 glass pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Once all 4 stuffed chicken breasts are in the pay, lightly wash then with olive oil to keep moist and a little fresh ground pepper and salt. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
